Sandra Coley
Sandra has over 20 years business experience working in sales, project management, communications and training and development and including management roles at both operational and senior level.
She spent 8 years working in a consultancy capacity with organisations across a range of sectors to implement and manage organizational change and development.
As a manager, a training and development professional and consultant, she successfully coached people through both professional and personal challenges and it is this experience which led her to started her own business in 2004. She continues to work with both organisations and individuals to facilitate effective change through coaching and training interventions.
Sandra is particularly committed to and active in supporting women in the business world. She has provided coaching and training for the Women into Digital Entertainment project run by the University for the Creative Arts in Surrey and is a mentor for the South East Women’s Mentoring Programme.
Sandra is a member of the Chartered Institute of Personnel & Development and the Institute of Business Consultants, an Investor in People Practitioner, a qualified coach, and an NLP practitioner. She is also qualified in business related Equine Assisted Learning through the OK Corral Series.
