Jeni Russell

Jeni is 53 and worked for British Airways for 30 years working in cabin crew, as a training facilitator and in recruitment. In 1996 she joined the breakthrough training programme which helped other crew with self-awareness and motivation. Since leaving British Airways she qualified as an Equine Behaviourist in equine cience (3 year course) and latterly as an NLP practitioner (neuro-linguistic programming) and is currently completely an ORC Counselling skills course.

Jeni has attended EAL Courses in the USA and Belgium. She has owned horses most of her life and currently has six. Her passion and commitment to this programme has grown from experiencing how powerful interaction with horses on an emotional growth level can be.
